Getting Started

Create your PulseBuild account

Register with your work email, verify it, and complete the initial profile details needed to use PulseBuild.

Have access to the email address you register with before you start. Your organisation may also require an administrator to approve access.

Before you start

  • Use an email address you can open now.
  • Choose a password with at least eight characters, including at least one letter and one number.

Create your account

  1. Open the PulseBuild sign-in page and select Create account.
  2. Enter your name and email address.
  3. Enter and confirm your password.
  4. Select Register and Send Code.

Verify your email

  1. Open the verification email from PulseBuild in the inbox you registered with.
  2. Copy the six-digit code. The code expires after five minutes.
  3. Return to PulseBuild, enter the code and select Complete Registration.

Complete your profile

After verification, PulseBuild opens Complete Your Profile. Confirm your name, optionally add an avatar and job title, then select Next.

Troubleshooting

  • No verification email: check spam or junk, then use Resend once it becomes available.
  • The code has expired: request a new code and enter the latest one.
  • You cannot continue after registering: contact your company administrator to confirm your access.

After completing your profile, continue with Set up your company profile or join an existing project when invited.
